DO. NOT. DO. THIS.

Seriously, do not do this. In no manner of speaking should you do this.

That is a photo of a glow stick in a Mountain Dew bottle.

Baking soda and peroxide creates a corrosive, and adding it to a carbonated drink will cause it to explode. It eats through solid concrete.

DO NOT DO THIS.

left out all the annoying happy responses to give you this PSA

I might reblog this everyday for a month if it kills this horrible circulating image.

at least i can get rid of all this concrete now.

important PSA about when your car is smoking

the-tabularium:

mama-green:

like literally smoking from the engine

white and you smell pancakes?

it’s the coolant. panic and pull over, but you’ll live

a slight blue tinge?

it’s the oil. panic and pull over, but you’ll live

grey, looks like fire smoke?

gasoline; the most combustable and dangerous. pull over and leave the vehicle, pray.

sharing because i didn’t know this when my car started smoking white yesterday and i was so afraid for my life.

Adding: IF IT IS STEAM NOT SMOKE PULL OVER, TURN THE CAR OFF AND BACK AWAY.

Steam is most likely coming from a cracked radiator- radiators are under intense pressure from the boiling water within. Don’t go up and pop the hood to have a look, you might get a face full of water vapor above boiling – and, even more fun, radiator fluid is deadly even in small amounts.

Back away and you’ll live. Just don’t get BLEVE’d ok people?

*BLEVE: Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapor Explosion. Ever stick an egg in a microwave, shell and all? Yeah. That.
