Oh my god I thought instructor orientations for our new reg system were next week but theyre this week I have a whole fucking presentation to write and rehearse in 2.5 hours fuck

Boss brought Oreo ice cream cake for a mini party because we finished the catalog in time lol

So the student worker at my job got promoted to a ‘Web Manager’, so we had an opening for a new student worker. His girlfriend ended up getting the job.

It is so cute watching him train her tbh XD They aren’t actually doing anything really unprofessional but they are very comfortable around each other and they both seem so shy when they’re by themselves.

I hate when people show up literally like 10 seconds before we close the doors to go to lunch and want to register because “I got here before you closed”
No you got here just in time to be an asshole and cut my lunch 10 minutes shorter.

My office is closed to the public on Fridays over the summer… so we are all just working listening to our own music. One of my coworkers was like “It would be funny if we all unplugged our headphones so we could hear what everyone is listening to.”

~~I am currently listening to the Pokemon 2000 opening~~. ._. I just told them I was listening to music from nostalgic anime and they wouldn’t understand it because its Japanese. >.> Which is the case for most of the other music on my current playlist… lol

If anyone’s actually interested, what I was trying to do was import data using a plugin that uses that code in the box to auto-format the imported data… and I wanted it to automatically flow to create as many new pages as necessary to fit the data.

Two hours spent reading the stupid plugin’s manual to make that code work.

Another hour on Google trying to get the autoflow to work and auto-create pages.

Goddamn I deserve a raise. This is so not the level of work in my job description.

I realize now how little I am used to actually having difficulty doing anything computer related… usually it all just comes so easily I am getting so frustrated that I cant figure out how to make this do what I want…

Ugh this program at work is making me want to throw my computer out of a window.

I love Fridays in the summer. The office is closed but we can choose to still work if we dont want to do 10 hour workdays. I’m the only one who chose to work today. My boss is here, but shes in her office so there’s no one to judge me as I dance along to the Pokemon theme as I prep my ramen lunch in the kitchen.

Ive been literally sitting in this chair at work for at least 5 hours now without getting up half my body is numb cause Ive only been actually moving my arms lol

ugh Im gonna have to walk home in 20 mins, time to wake my body up and feel the pain orz
