Wow. Yeah. They are completely in denial. That is some Grade A white privilege there.

Yep. My friend hasn’t answered so far, but one of her friends was like “We aren’t being racist, we are saying that the issues and protests in Baltimore isn’t about black people or racist cops!” and I countered with “That’s not what the protestors think.”

Shut him up real quick and he hasn’t replied for like 45m now XD

Unfriend the chick. It’s not worth your time to see stuff like that on your dash.

Giving her a chance to reply and redeem herself somehow first… Like I know she is a genuinely good person, she is just extremely naive and doesn’t comprehend how her words or actions or opinions can affect others… She has said problematic things about trans people as well, which I called her out on and she ignored… Since it doesn’t affect her she doesn’t care enough to educate herself. =.=

TBH Id unfriend her without second thought, but she happens to technically live next door… >.>; She is planning on moving back in with Will in a month or so.

Just do it. You don’t need toxic people in your life.

Yea, giving her one chance to redeem herself because this is not the first time she has said something problematic, nor the first time she disregarded the issue when I called her out on something.
