I don’t do heat. I’m either inside or at the river. There is no in between. At work last summer the AC unit died and I went the whole summer in the blistering heat and in humidity because of it. I hated it. I found it’s useful to take cold showers when you get home, like not so much heat in it, it cooled me down a lot. I’m very prone to sunburns, exhaustion, dehydration and stuff like that.

Yep, I’m really prone to all of that stuff too. Especially sunburns, I cant even be out for 20 minutes without getting a light sunburn. =.= Its so annoying because it basically means my skin only has two modes: pale and red.

You gaiz dont understand I do so badly in heat like its not even funny. T_T

Ruzuki’s function best between 60-75 F. It says in the manual! Any colder and hands start freezing. Any warmer and heat-induced/dehydration migraines happen.

Trust me, I understand. I’m from a place where it’s always about mid 80′s during the summer, and now it averages about 110 F where I am now.

Yea… these temperatures arent even that unusual for summer from where I used to live… I just never have dealt with heat well. At least here there isn’t a fking 140+ degree difference between summer and winter like it was where I grew up.

    Meanwhile in the E & A Handbook;

Note; Part E can NOT tell temperatures ranging in less that 10 degrees. While functioning best in ranges of 60-80 degrees Fahrenheit, this part is unable to tell when it is the right temperature. Handle with caution, as she can easily get heatstroke.

Oh, and hands are always cold. Fact.

I very nearly got heatstroke or something my first summer here, was pretty scary actually… I was drinking a ton and being careful and everything and was waiting for a bus at a covered bus stop. I was fine but then I felt sick and I was getting really confused, like, I didn’t know why I was there and why I wasn’t at home. Luckily someone was with me and the bus came really quickly after I had gotten all confused and I got better when the bus came.

AMEN TO THAT – I live in the southern USA and question this decision every day. *dies from heat*

Here at work its ok, except when I have to go outside because for some silly reason they put the bathrooms in a separate building…

When I get home though, my room is going to be an oven… I have no AC at my house and I cant get one because my only window is in front of a walkway so an AC would block the walkway. >.<

I might have to try to improvise by making my own swamp-cooler or something…

I can’t remember if xkit fixes that, but it has an extension that stops gifs. Maybe there’s a Stylish extension that stops autoplay?

Xkit doesn’t… Gifs arent really the problem, they’re rather small. Its videos. I scroll past so many on my dash and they start autoplaying on mute when you scroll past… its actually really annoying because it counts that as ‘watching’ the video on your Youtube recently watched videos list.

I did figure out that I can stop the Adobe Flashplayer process and it will clear up all the lag the videos cause. But sometimes its not in time to save what I was working on… =.=

replied to your post “I see people talking about ‘all of their OCs’ having like, 5 or 6 OC’s…”

(Well, a lot of people, or at least RP blogs, tend to focus more on one or two OC for one or two fandoms, and those tend to become the more dominant OCs.)

Ah well I wasnt talking about RP OC’s… this was just kind of… in my head OCs…?

I had seen a post where someone listed OCs they had made (not rped with) and it was only like 4? In their whole lives they only had 4 OCs trapped in their head. o.o

(Uh, from what I remember there was about an equal mix of plot and pointless fighting. Though just a warning, it is really, really, really slow, and it’s, like, twenty two episodes until Kowaru comes in.)

Uuuugh I dont have the attention span for slow plot. orz

I wonder if I would miss much just fast fowarding through the fighting…
