Worry

vetitumcordis:

“Well that’s no good!” Lavi said as he slung an arm over Allen’s shoulders.

“C’mon, let’s get some food in that bottomless pit o’ yours, sa. I’m up for a little snack myself,” he continued, gently steering them both in the direction of the Dining Hall. If the effects of Allen’s lack of food were bad enough to start noticeably showing, Lavi wasn’t about to take no for an answer.

Allen let Lavi lead him to the dining hall, despite the fact that he wasn’t actually hungry at all. He didn’t want to worry Lavi though, he was probably just tired from the mission. So upon arriving, Allen ordered a few dishes. Not as much as he usually would eat, but hopefully enough to make Lavi not worry.

Worry

Lavi’s brows furrowed. He hoped Allen wasn’t just keeping his troubles to himself again.

“Are you sure? You look sorta pale. More than usual even,” Lavi joked, trying to get Allen to lighten up. “Whatever it is, you can talk to me. It’s not a bother, honest.”

“Well… I feel kind of odd.” he admitted. “But its probably just because I haven’t eaten enough the last few days.” He never could quite get enough to eat while out on missions.

α (Hi?)

vetitumcordis:

“Allen?” Lavi said, a rare tone of seriousness in his voice. He walked over to the other, hands coming up to gently grasp Allen’s forearms. Lavi’s brows knit together as his rubbed up and down in a slow, soothing motion.

“Hey, what’s wrong? You look…well, not good. At all, actually.”

Allen shook his head. “Nothing is wrong.”
