At first I thought they were re-using one of the old version of the Gravity “Falls theme song
because of how “Gravity Falls” was sang
at certain parts, haha.

This is a cute dog but the text on the picture is grammatically wrong. It should say “many presents”, “many cakes”, or even “a lot of cake”. Birthday isn’t a verb so it wouldn’t make sense to say “so birthday” either. But I appreciate the thought, and thank you
