I still can’t believe how obvious the “Nea and Mana

(and, by extension, Allen)

are the Earl” thing actually was.

As we know, there are a lot of religious references in D.Gray-Man. And one lesson that my religion teacher has been repeating to us recently is that “God is one in being but three as people: The Father, The Son and The Holy Ghost”. Just that sometimes the “spotlight” is on only one of them.

Like, the entire “Creation” was The Father’s time. After that we have Jesus’s life. And right after Jesus’ death, resurrection, and being carried to heaven was The Holy Ghost’s. (Yeah that might mean extra reasons to be concerned for Allen)

Anyway. If Mana/The Earl = The Father, Allen = The Son/Jesus and Neah = The Holy Ghost…..We should have technically seen this coming.
