Initially he let her do it as an apology for leaving her and everything that’s happened since, but he winds up enjoying it, so it happens more often! She shows him the best way to wear it so that he doesn’t resemble General Cross at all.
Imagine Allen hanging out with Lavi so much that some of his vocabulary rubs off on him, and he ends up saying “dude” sometimes without realizing it.
