Here’s why Lena being gay is great.

Think about tiny child Lena (previous to her being taken away by the order) seeing Komui kiss a boy in the village where they lived (cause komui is gay af i’m sorry this is canon) and questioning him about it, asking him if he’s going to marry a boy someday, to which Komui just smiles and says he hopes so.

Years later after being reunited at the order with her brother, when Lena’s maybe 14/15 and figuring herself out in a place that’s definitely not safe (ie the order seeing as it is run by the vatican in the late 1800s) she finally comes out to Komui too, who is just of course overwhelmed, and probably hugs her and they cry together like the gay beans they are.

And just. Gay af Lee siblings taking care of each other and looking out for each other, and Komui will kill a bitch if anyone so much as tries to start trouble with Lena.

Also Allen being Lena’s wingman, like, so I met this cute girl in the Asian Branch. wink wonk. Kanda’s useless, he doesn’t know any girls besides Lena. But what abou- HE SAID HE DOESN’T KNOW ANY GIRLS BESIDES LENA. Lavi giving Lena tips on how to get the ladies, except they don’t actually know diddly squat about getting the ladies.
