I GOT AN INTERVIEW FOR A FULL-TIME POSITION AT ANOTHER DEPARTMENT!

Half of me feels bad because if I get the job, I will be abandoning my department while one of the main employees is on maternity leave.

The other half is just “MUAH HA HA HA HA HA HAH SERVES THAT FUCKER RIGHT FOR BEING A DICK BOSS LETS SEE HIM SINK WHEN I LEAVE AND REALIZE HOW IMPORTANT I WAS AND HOW HE SHOULDN’T HAVE MISTREATED ME!”

And I really need the money tbh, I’m only working 75% right now with my main job, and I just lost my second job… If I get full-time for my main job, Id be making more than I was when I was working the 75% job AND 25 hours at a second job. >.>

And yea, an interview doesn’t mean I get the job… but I have a REALLY good chance, because all I have to do now is convince them that they NEED me, and I already know someone in that department so they know Im hella good with computers lol.
Process goes: Interview with hiring committee (this is interview I got), second interview with Dean, Offered/Accept position, Board of Trustees approves, President of College approves, hired!
